Price Guide
(NOTE: The prices are for general guidance. For certain villas, price will vary slightly at certain periods of season - so please check to obtain the exact price when booking)
All prices quoted are "per villa per week" regardless of the occupancy, except that the stated maximum capacity of the individual villa may not be exceeded (other than by a cot or folding bed for a child). All tenancies begin at 16:00 hours on day of arrival and end at 10:00 hours on day of departure.
Prices are inclusive of the following services:-
.... a full clean and preparation of the villa prior to visitors arrival
.... the supply of all bed-linen, bathroom towels (1 hand, 1 bath per person in party), and tea towels
.... a mid-term clean and change of linen and towels at the end of each week of the holiday.
.... all water and electricity charges and all gas (for cooking) as well as all rates/taxes, VAT and all other imposts.
Each villa is fully furnished and comfortably equipped, with sufficient sun-beds for the occupancy, patio furniture and barbecue. The swimming-pool and gardens are cleaned and maintained on a regular basis throughout the holiday.
Detailed Conditions of Booking will be supplied on the reservation of a villa, and will be sent on request, at any time.
